A weekly test is conducted that includes a cardiovascular course that is: .5, .75 or 1 mile in length and strength tests of: pushups, dips and situps. A comparison is done between week 1 and 4 and that is how the Most Improved Campers in cardio-c and strength-s are selected. The average anticipated improvement for most campers includes shaving 30 seconds to 1 minute of their cardiovascular test as well as moving up to the next course, in addition to that, the ability to do 10-15 more pushups and 20 more dips and situps than when they started. The most improved campers below have exceeded even those expectations.
